Our Story

Every great journey begins with a dream.

Tree House Kids LLC was created from a passion for early childhood education and a belief that every child deserves a place where they feel safe, loved, respected, and inspired to learn.

Our vision was to create more than a childcare program. We wanted to create a nurturing home environment where children could explore, discover, and grow while receiving the individual attention that helps them thrive during their most important early years.

Inspired by the idea that learning should be joyful and meaningful, Tree House Kids LLC was built around strong relationships, play-based learning, bilingual experiences with an emphasis on Spanish, and a deep respect for every child's unique developmental journey. These elements reflect the program's philosophy and approach to child development.

Hello, I'm Mayra Bustos, founder and educator of Tree House Kids LLC.

For most of my adult life, I have had the privilege of working with young children and supporting their development during some of the most important years of their lives. My journey in early childhood education began many years ago and has been guided by a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and discover their unique strengths. My formal preparation includes a degree in Early Childhood Education, graduate-level studies, and professional credentials in the field of child development and early learning.

Throughout my career, I have learned that every child develops in their own way and at their own pace. I believe children thrive when they are treated with patience, respect, understanding, and encouragement. Rather than focusing only on what children should do, I focus on understanding who they are and helping them build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching children grow over time. Seeing their first accomplishments, new discoveries, growing friendships, and increasing confidence brings me joy every day and inspires the work I do.

At Tree House Kids LLC, my goal is to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, every family feels supported, and every child is given the opportunity to develop their full potential.
